Carlos Ybarra got his start in the world of tattooing at Legacy Tattoo Lounge in College Station where he had a formal apprenticeship. Carlos has been at All Saints Tattoo for a few years now, and when he is not tattooing he can be found fresh water fishing in all the amazing rivers and lakes in Texas. Carlos loves all styles of tattooing so please bring him any of your ideas and he will happily bring it to tattoo life!
