• INDEPENDENT ARTISTS: Our artists are independent contractors and take care of all of their own clientele and bookings. If you'd like to get tattooed by a specific artist, please reach out to them directly. There is a link to their Instagram page on each artist's portfolio.

• HOURLY RATE/SET PRICE: Hourly rate is set by your artist and can vary from artist to artist. The artist will usually have a set price for pieces palm sized and smaller. For larger pieces or pieces that will take multiple sessions, the artist may charge by the hour. Just ask your artist they'll be happy to tell you their rates!

• NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: Deposits are usually required to set an appointment with your artist. The amount of the deposit varies by artist and also size of tattoo. A general range for a deposit is $100 to $300. The deposit is paid directly to your artist and holds your appointment day and time with the artist. It is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different appointment or tattoo, unless you give your artist notice of 24 hours or more. This is to protect your artist, as they will do a lot of work for your appointment outside of shop hours and could also possibly use that time slot to set up an appointment with someone else if you give them proper notice. Less than 24 hour notice, yes even 23 1/2 hours notice, will forfeit your non refundable deposit and you will have to leave another deposit to reschedule. Don't say we didn't warn you!

• GUARANTEE: Your artist will guarantee your tattoo, and offer one free touch up within a year's time from the application of the tattoo. Their tattoos are done in a 100% sterile environment using only high quality single-use disposable tattoo products. If a tattoo needs a touch up please contact your artist directly and they can set up a time for your touch up. After a year you may have to pay for a touch up, so if it heals with some empty spots let your artist know ASAP!

• AGE: The minimum age limit for tattoos in the State of Texas is 18 years old. This is a Texas State law. Parental consent cannot be given for tattoos on people under the age of 18. And no 17 years and 364 days is still under 18, please don't make your mama ask.

• RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Also, we will not tattoo you if you are inebriated, a jerk or an asshole. Also any health conditions like if you're on blood thinner medication or if you are currently pregnant.

• SIGNED RELEASE & ID: You are required to fill out our release form and show valid government issued photo ID. Our release form releases us and our artists from any legal or monetary retribution. You are required to read and initial the statements on the release form and then sign and date it. Valid ID is a driver's license, a state issued picture ID, a passport or a military ID. Birth certificates, gym membership cards and school IDs are not accepted
